Bp consider that one of the best thing you ever did for yourself....
I remember for our Sex, Drugs and Substances abuse education in high school my head teacher sent us to hospitals to visit people with Aids, cancer due to smoking and alcoholics.......It was enough to put me off smoking for life!
And it was free too....
