Mmmmm, I don't see it as working out, but I'm always left with a racing pulse and quick breathing...and sure does break out a sweat...my yoga sessions.

It started off for reason A but now is reason A and C, good body toner!

I recently became a vergetarian. I work out 5 times a week. I love yoga and aerobics. It's not only fun, but helps to release mental and emotional stress. Try it you will see what I am talking about

I work out 5 times a week mainly for enjoyment but soon to be for employment also as im soon to omplete my personal trainers course and will working for one of top chains (hopefully) also im a keen bodybulder and im considering eneting the circuit next year with a little work.

 how do I work out?

 start off with a 10min run to get the blood flowing then train opposing muscle groups i.e chest & back, arms & legs ect ect. I use 2 medium sets followed by 3 heavy sets (working set) then a light set for the pump and I try to do atleast 3 different exercises per muscle. Also once a week I will have a C.V day where i  will jog for half an hour followed by a 20min row and a 10min bike ride just to keep up my stamina.

 Some people may disagree with my methods howeer this workout plan has got me the best results over the past few years and get my % bodyfat low.

Depends on the time of year but 4 times a week on average

Been training seriously for a very long time from about 12 playing football and maintained and developed from there according to sport eg martial arts some times 4 -5 times a week. Now for overall fitness, eduranace, flexibility and strength via gym work and one session a month martial arts 3 hours.

Depends. General fitness 25 minutes on running machine, stretching 15 mins lot leg extensions and various upper body, particularly arms and forearms, wrist and stomach. Generally for grabbing and close fighting techniques. During cricket pre season go team training which can consist of plenty running of all types jogs and shuttle sprinting, strecthing and catching practice which consists of a lot of running eg someone hits the ball almost any but very high and having to run fast and catch.

Just about 4 to 5 days a week 20 to 30 minutes a day. Part of it , I walk home the other, is in the gym. I'm working out because I'm getting old. I'm 33 years old and when you are over 30, it will about time for the " old-age" spread to creep up on you.The older you are , the much harder it will be for you to lose that weight. Another reason that I exercise is that I enjoy it, especially when I go walking. I just like to look at the serentity of nature and on top of that , I don't drive so I don't have much of a choice but to do it.

I know this is a cliche but it's true.  I work out using that age old method...you've guessed it....sexbanana.gif  It reaches all the parts no other exercise reaches and covers A-B and I can do it whenever I like 'cos it's never a burden.clp)  I can eat whatever I want as it burns the calories before, during and after.  I constantly moan about my weight but always feel revived, alive and trim after a good ole sesh...heh, heh.

I work out 5 times a week
i work out.. because it helps relieve stress... and its feels good almost like sex.. when u get into it properly..mmmm and also i work out cause i like being strong...

i work out heavy weights...
monday - legs (quads Hams calfs)
tuesday - shoulders (delts) some traps and biceps
wednesday - back and triceps
friday - chest and abs
sunday (sometimes) arms(biceps and triceps)

I hit the weights 2 times a day 3 days a week. and do the tread mill in between.

eat 5 to six times a day some good food. :)

I work out everyday except the weekends.  I think it's only fair to have my time on the weekend.  I work out to keep myself in shape along with keeping my figure.  I go to the gym and do alot or cardio and circuit training.

I exercise about 14 hours per week during the warmer months and about 7-10 during the colder months.

I exercise for fitness and fun.

I am an Indoor Rower and love the machine, so most of my routines are based on around the rower.

My daily workout is usually either a 5K or a 10K workout but the 5K workout is a circuit type program where I mix up CV on the rower with alternating resistance stuff until either my 5K is up or I am out of time/exhausted or bored.

My 10K workout is for mad people only so I won't tell you how mad I am unless you ask..

All in all, when balanced with an almost 1st class eating program, does help me to stay healthy and looking young for my age..

Usually I swim, but when I can't get to the pool I either run, bike or do yoga/pilates. I also do some muscle toning with light weights at least once a week. I used to do aerobics too, but I haven't done that in a while.  Hmmm, maybe I should give that a try tomorrow.
