Yep!! my friends gym Fitness first - Walworth road, on Wednesday's i think 6:30pm. I've gone with her twice, it's a tiring all over body work out but you'll have a lot of fun doing it...

I run a Fitness team and we are just setting up new Soca Aerobics classes in Jubilee Sports Centre, Caird Street, London w10 4RR (off the Harrow Road).
I run other classes in Peckham and Thornton Heath.
The Jubilee class starts on the 17th June 2005...and its a free class. After this every week its £5.
