my aunty who lives in italy close me started having skin and wieght problems after a year in italy.she went to many doctors,especially dermatologists,spent lot of money but the problem only worsened until she met this carribean doctor who was in florence for a health conference.he told her to go back eating african food,especially the fruits and vegetables,use african skin products.my aunty's skin has improved and she has also lost weight!!!

| already done the food allergy test years ago,put on diet but stuff didn't work.her metabolism "woke up"only when she started eating stuff she ate when she was younger back in nigeria.when she eats european food sometimes she goes for organic stuff.
