I go to the gym 4 times a week.  Tuesdays and Thursdays i do alot of cardio, Mondays and Saturdays i do some cardio but mostly weights. 

My diet is quite good but sometimes i lack discipline, i spend say 2 hours in the gym come out and go to Pizza hut for dinner.  confused2

Definitely need to sort that out.

there is something wrong if the individual is genetically predisposed to obesity...

otherwise its cool...
i could never diet... but im genetically lucky and not predisposed... to fat...

Yeh that's what i like to do, eat healthy during the week and what ever i want on the weekends, but most times i don't keep to plan. 

I don't believe in denying my self a nice piece of strawbery cheese cake or passion fruit cake with wipped cream.... ummmmm yum!

Luckily i am quite slim.

I used to keep in shape when i could afford a monthly gym membership, but i can't afford it anymore, so now i have to contend with doing sit ups, press ups indoors and running to try and keep in shape...but it's nowhere near the same as using gym equipments.

If you wanna keep in shape

- drink @ least 8 glasses of water a day

-500 crunches and pushups a day ( I'm working my way up to that )

-take a multi vitamin

-eat healthy, lots of fruits and vegetables ( fruits help clean out the system and all the toxins that would come out your skin)

- get enough sleep

- use lotion regularily after showering ( I prefer Vitamin E lotion )

i'm vegetarian and most of the time i just try to listen to my body...if i'm really hungry or nit.balance the cabs and proteins.not much sports,sometimes i practice pilates but i'm regular on it.i wanna start running.my weekpoint is wine..i drink much of it and it ain't good.

 

 

my eyes r green because i eat a lot of vegetables...

I go gym 3 days a week, work on difffrent group muscles a day; Bieceps (front of arms) and back, next day on triceps (back of arms) and chest, and finally on shoulders and legs. On each day i either cycle, run or row. I try to aviod junk food as much as possible.

I work out 5 days a week, resting on weekend. Mon Tues, Thursday, Fri, weights simliar routine to Jumbo. Wed is on the Running Machine for the Old Cardio Vascular.

Diet:

Cereal in the morning for energy (Carbs) - I like Shreddies Bite Size

After training - 1 Can of Tuna with Mayo + Nurishment

Lunch - I get naughty and have 3 pieces of chicken and chips but remove the skin with a botttle of water

Dinner - Lamb, rice, veg with some juice

Nite cap: Tuna Sandwich, Nurishment and a Yoghurt.

I am concentrating with long distance running and its now getting easier as the days go by...by the end november I want to hit a 5 mile mark(hopefully)
