This morning I have just discovered 10 grey hairs at the top of my head (not funny), I am getting worried cause that means I will have a full head of grey hairs by the time Iam 20.
Why is this happening? I have not changed my diet, the only minor stress I had was exams.
Most importantly can I just cut them off? I do not fancy dying my hair with peroxide.
Is their a perticular vitamen or food that can help?

Gees u peesam sooofresh that is some scary sh****t When i was 17-18 one and two usually appear and i summoned up the courage and pluck dem out now i do not see them anymore apearing, they would just pop out from nowhere.
Thank God i do not see them anymore cus i was seriously thinking of colouring them how is your diet? maybe you should talk to a dermotologists sometimes what you put inside the body afects growth, skin, and hair i heard that certain vitamin deficiency makes one grey at an early age.
Also if you are drinking plenty alcohol it has got a known side efect for greying the hair maybe my greying has got something to do with my high percentage of alcohol intake, but after i stopped they disapeared.

Sooofresh, yep I am obsessed with the words you write.
I'm just saying that there are worse things that can happen.
I've gotta thank the big man above for my lovely full head of hair, but I remember when I was at school, a guy I knew had a load of brothers (maybe 6), and one of them developed this same condition that his dad had, in which his hair fell out prematurely.
I remember in his teens you could already see the 'Bobby Charlton' effect-taking place...
Man I felt bad for the guy. And the thing was, was that it supposedly started to affect a couple of the others guys.

point taken, I am not on a popularity contest, I speak what I know.
The thing is I have got a lot of hair and I should be thankful, I dont know maybe it is no biggi, but then everybody has got something they are not happy with, it could be stretchmarks, or receding hair line or whatever.
But then I did hear the having grey hairs equate to wisdom!
So I must be super wise
