My husband uses African black soap that he buys when he attends classes in the area.

It makes such a mess of the bathroom! I'm forever scrubbing it off the tiles.

I've used african black soap. Well, I think I have. The soap is black and I was in africa. Or we went to an African store and the soap was black. ANyway, I don't recommend it. It leaves my skin tight and irritated.

That's because you have the fake black soap. Let me guess! It comes in a box marked African Black Soap and it is hard like a regular bar of soap and it is completely black. And it stains when used right? Well my dear lady, this soap is actually mass produced in P*kistan and then distributed. That's right. Anything good out of Africa is always exploited. Remember the cowry shells? Well now you find them all over. None of them are authentic. And remember the Kente Cloth? Well there you go. If any of you have that soap throw it away. Check out http://www.nasabb.com for more information

I bought some black soap from one of the sites recommended here-I think the woman is in Berkshire or something, but after about a week, I found that it just dried out my skin totally and left it feeling VERY tight.

Needless to say I stopped using it!

A friend of mine gave me a bar of African Black Soap with the Shea-Butter.

It smelled pretty good but it was a little too thick and creamy for me.

I work hard and sweat a lot and don't need soap that clogs up my pores with oil and grease because I'm subject to getting acne.

These type of moisture bars are mostly good for women who don't sweat a lot, most men shouldn't use them.

I recently order some from the net from a beauty supply company called http://www.goldenmartbeautysupply.com. and the price is really good or at least I think so. I live in Japan and it only took 6 days to get to me so you might want to give them a try. Just what is it good for? How did you hear about it? I also got the Black Cream for my face cause I have a lot of acne scars, do you think this will help to get rid of them. I've tried a lot of other things so I'm gonna give this a try now. Holla back
