I walk 5miles everyday, to and from work and while i have seen my waistline decrease, so has my butt! it looks like the bottom of an old man! i feel like i have to keep walking though for health reasons as i don't have time for exercise otherwise and i feel more energetic. I've heard squats are a good option but i'm not sure how to achieve optimal results from them seeing as i don't have much fat to build muscle from. I've been advised to simply over eat but being 21 years old, i break out into spots. Binge eating also causes me to gain love handles and a fat stomach.
If anyone can please advise on quality butt enhancing exercises (please note, i am realistic so am not looking for a quick fix, also, i am very into fitness and not simply lazy if any smart alec wants to put their two cence in!
Summer is approaching and the "flat battie" comments are coming in thick and fast from the guys so squats or anyother exercise will be much appreciated. I've booked in for a consultation for buttock enhancement surgery but if exercising goes well, i wont have to shell out £5000 so please send your helpful tips this way.

go for a run everyone morning, it will them help them butt cheeks more than wal king, as soon as i started running, the butt cheek muscles become more toned.

Walk up one Canada square (Canary Wharf tower i.e. the tallest building in Britain) daily, or you could simply do some squats and lunges with some serious weights like the rest of us and that would see those old man butts lifted and tightened in no time . And of course if you're feeling a little adventurous you can add bike riding, hiking, yoga, running or the stair climbing thingy at the gym i like so much only that you need to remember to go all the way down and climb all the way back up (just like climbing real stairs).... Playing sports such as tennis, table tennis, and even foosball helps to tighten them up a little too.
Also remember that you might get some stretch marks around the butt area because of the loose skin, then tight, loose, tight well you get the point. So anyways I recommend you invest in a good body brush and make sure you brush all over your body daily before bath time (you’ll need to speak to the adviser when you purchase the body brush at the health store) and of course you have to have the pure Vitamin E oil, it costs like an arm and a leg but worth every penny and more.

Btw, if you happen to loose some weight after all that pulling and tightening and you you find your self in need of some new cloths send me a PM too and I can hook you up with some fly stuff (such as beautiful dresses from Ted Baker, levi/gap jeans etc) at least 50% cheaper than high street price.

I'm gonna try the stair climbing thing and the weights. To Prince hakeem, i do have confidence issues so I wil also try as you so nicely put it to "be happy with da way u is"
