Been working out for a over a year and lost over 2st however I have toned up as well just looking for tips on builing calves as I wanna be able to wear skirts and shorts however in comparision to my thighs my lower leg looks bony, (think chicken) I cannot seem to build any muscles below the knee, I do those calf raises till the cows come home the only thing I gain is pain, some definition though (mimimal), help me guys.
