Hotep,
Does anyone here do one-arm pushups as part of their workout routine? What are the benefits? Are there any benefits or is it just a way to look cool while you're working out?
Does anyone here do pullups as a part of their regular routine? What are the pros and cons of these exercises in your opinion, please? Thank you.
