This last week I haven't been eating anywhere near like I normally do and I can find no reason for it.  I'm munching like a bowl of cereal and a sandwich a day, if that.  It's not that I can't eat if I try... I just don't want to eat.  Not getting the hungry urge at all.  Not even peckish.  People eating around me and I'm not even bothered which is unusual. 

I'm not sick, at least I don't feel it.  I'm not doing any less work or exericise than usual and I haven't changed my routines in anything really.  I'm not feeling tired or weak weirdly.

What's going on?  Anybody got a clue?

That happens a lot to me and what you eat sounds my normal diet! lol. But sometimes it literally might be the case of not being around stimulating people. Sounds funny I know but I've often noticed that some children for example won't eat unless their siblings are around or until they are at school with their friends.

One mother use to wail about it but was amazed when her child went to school and ate like nobody's business!

Anyway I should just listen to your body  - no use forcing yorself to eat if you don't want to because I believe you will eat when you have to.

But another reason could be that you have 'trained' your body not to eat. Again it sounds funny but because of the number of diets I've been on, it never ceases to amaze me what your body can get use to. For example you need to cut out certain 'fatty' foods when you're dieting and you do if you have enough willpower but it can get to a  point that your body don't crave them at all.

So if that sounds familiar maybe you could just try re-training your body to eat again.

Perhaps.  Not a fan of soup really but gotta eat something so I'll try that.

LOL you normally eat as little as that?  Well in my case that is like a midday snack normally.  I usually eat breakfast, lunch and dinner and not little bit each time.  So to suddenly go from that to a sandwich and a cereal is weird.  I get what you're saying about training your body and habits but surely that takes time.  With this... one day I was normal the next not hungry and that has stayed.

Like I had a big pot of stew I was meant to finish off and simply didn't feel like it.  Very odd.

Yeah I do TW. But I tend to eat nuff sandwhiches tho - well more than one anyway. :D

Oh well if it just that short amount  of time then I wouldn't worry. Everyone has off days - I thought it was a matter of more than a few days! But if it just a case of a day then what I said before should still stand; that is you will eat when your body say so.

If it does persist then that's the time you should be consulting your doc.

I wish communitys still had witcH doctors, as in tribal remedys..where u can get roots of a toads cornea to heal wounds..ya get my drift...doctors TODAY , really just fob you off with placebo's and trickery ...

Nope catch a flight to africa and see a herbalist.  might be expensive, but if you aint eating..you dont wanna starve to death...sorry to be so pessimistic and morbid
