The Mooncup can be cleaned in the same way as baby equipment: with sterilising fluid, or by boiling for five minutes in an open pan of water.
wouldn't wanna mistakenly drop your corn on the cob in that...
Seriously, sounds interesting, but you would have to be very accurate with how its inserted. i think i would be tempted to still wear a pad with it, though, which kind of kills the point.

LOL yeah true. i couldnt walk around thinking all the flow swishing around in side. and not leak . and it cant be comfortable as your bending sitting etc. youd be checking every time you got up. Also dont like the idea of emptying it.

| I dont think it would it work to be honest, I reckon it would leak. I dont like the idea of "collecting" blood and having to empty it out and clean it etc. Prefer the disposable methods we already have.

I don't like the idea of reusing such a product. I just find it less hygenic no matter how much I boil it and I'm not boiling my sanitary tings in a bowl I need to cook in.
I think the sizing seems a bit iffy to me.

| This is one product i am sure i will not be trying. Collecting and reusing just sounds so wrong when it comes to periods, i am actually astounded that the idea even crossed someones mind let alone produce and market it on tv .

That is exactly what I was thinking too, nah sah...If any of Oonu gwine use this tell me first so I don't come around fi dinner....or better still Oonu mek sure Oonu carry bleach inna yu bag!!!

You guys don't know whats good for you!! Spending money on all kinds of supplements, while flushing all the goodness from your own bodies away!! Everyone knows that boiling cause food to lose vitamins so whats wrong with adding more? and the most natural possible!! And the cup shape just makes it sooo handy!! Talk about your multi tasking!!
I bet none of you ever ate grilled placenta either!! Gotta be as fresh as possible though, right after child birth...

Why don't they focus on something that reduces period pain. No medicine in the world seems to work for me.
The product seems interesting but I'm still skeptical. It would save you a lot of money in the long run but what about the cleaning process? Errrr...
