Sunny Delight is one of the most unhealthiest drinks ever. It's not real fruit juice at all, it's just a mixture of all kinds of junk that supersedes any so called vitamins or 'goodness' it contains. Not to mention it's unbelievable thickness and horrible taste.
I'm surprised it doesn't destroy the bottles that contain it.

If I'm not mistaken, that unbelievable thickness and horrible taste is caused by Vegetable Oil. It would be healthier to let your kids drink the left over oil from a deep fat frier than to drink that bottled poison
