Id just like to say thank you to Yogi for introducing me to weight watchers i joined last week after your harsh advice. niceone.gifAnd im glad i did since i got my mum to join and she is 15stone, i weighed in at 11.9lbs and my bmi is 27 when it should be 25. :DI have been doing tae bo 5 days a week and pilates 2 days a week. so watch this space im on the points sytem and i know exactly what i can and cannot eat, well its only the first week but im determined. x  banana.gif

I guess that means its enough not going well or its not going at all? Well i have my first weigh in tomorrow, i better have lost at leat 4lbs because i have been so good with what i eat and i have been exercising daily, if i havent i will be sooooooooo disappointed, i will let you know tomorrow what the score is. xbanana.gif
