After leaving my home town Sydenham ive been sulking for ONE year for having to leave my favourite gym and pool at Crystal Palace.
However ive now found TGLC on Phillip Lane. Wow. High Tech Cardio Machines, Pay as go (ok a month at a time ) pool (ok not Olympic size but it will do).
Thoroughly recommend it. Anyone else go here?.

gyms too hi tech for my lickin ..since im a free weight man myself.. but yeah...its pleush..

I used to be a full member there 5 years ago paying around £30-odd a month but I got lazy in the end and decided to cancel. I haven't seen the new refurbishment but I was just telling the missus that I need to resume my membership....the pot belly has got to go in time for summer which is just around the corner lol.

I used to swim there back in the day, but haven't been in years.

Boy!!! I remember Tottenham Green L.C... I used to go swiming there back in the day.... but I stopped the day I saw suttin Brown floating in the water..... hell nah!!!!

| My children used to take their swimming lessons there until i moved.....however I personally used to prefered Lee Valley....which is just down the road...
