im so depressed, been on a diet, exercised 3-4 days a week

Im at my lowest point, given up smoking weed and cigerettes blksmokeand gained weight, over a stone and a half, blktearsim so unhappy, i hate the way i look, i hate myself, i dont want to go raving at the moment, blksadbouncei dont understand it though, i have been going gym 3 days a week, been doing legs, bums and tums classes and i have even started belly dancing classes and i have put on, im so upset.:(

yo babe,

The fomula to losing weight is easy:

drop the pounds (US for weight) = aerobics (40-45min 3-4days/week) + 

  weights (do upper body one day & lower body the next - 3-4 days/week) +

   sensible meals (3 small portions/day) + the big one ! (don't eat after your 3rd meal 

  at least 3hrs before bed)

 

Do this grasshopper (figure this line out) and you'll look great in 3-4 months.

hey sweetie..don't give up!! Like dmg said..the best thing to do(besides doing exercise) is to stop eating after 7, 7.30 ish. This will totally make a differenceniceone.gif

wat if u wk out after 7pm

also. the diet i was one recommended 4 - 5 meals per day every 3 - 4 hrs and a post work out meal... and i must say..it was working

i lost 8 lbs in 3 weeks

but sadly...i cooked oxtail and rice + peas for my nan...ackee and dat... and it all cum bk blkcry

but im bk on my diet now... serious ;)

Cheer up. Muscle tissue weighs more than fat tissue per mass unit. You've probably been replacing fat tissue w/muscle. If you haven't been doing too much weight-training then another problem could be if you are starving yourself. If you starve yourself you'll gain more weight b/c your body holds on to those calories in starvation mode. Eat 5 or 6 small meals throughout the day and drink LOTS of water (about 100oz per day). Next time instead of measuring in weight, measure in inches.

Het its seven thirty and im about to eat my dinner, chicken not fried and vegtables and wholemeal pasta, i swaped from white rice and pasta to wholemeal, is this ok? i just got back from gym so my chicken is in the oven, its hard not to eat after 7 espicaially if you work, then go gym after? i cant have it all can i? i dont want to come home, eat then i wont go gym, also gym is cheaper and i get discount before 5. ill try though, thank you all, im feeling more positive but i have to lose this weight, i will, i stopped smoking so i can do anything. xxbanana.gif
