I recommend the Billy Banks one myself.  I have 1 and 2 and they both work you out good and proper.  Don't do it on a carpet though, you would be drying out the sweat for weeks.

Also a slow build up to doing the whole workout is recommended unless you are quite a fit person to start with.  I consider myself quite fit, yet the first time I used it, I was knackered after 15 minutes.

Respect

Hi

Please don't take this as a critisism but you have created quite a few posts about your weight and you inablity to lose it.

It seems to me you struggle when it comes to knowing what foods are good for you to eat when you are on a healthy eating plan in order to lose weight.

May i suggest to you that instead of wasting your money on a work out DVD go and join a slimming club. I would recomemd Weight watchers. I have lost 5 stones and a bit more and that was three years ago I am still a size 10. i weigh 9st 12 before I was 15 stones.

In order for you to lose weight you need to eat a balanced healthy diet along with excercise. Even if you go to the gym 3 days a week then eat sweet potato for your dinner you would still gain weight.

Go to a slimming club it is hard losing weight on your own.

The weight watchers website is http://www.weightwatchers.co.uk

Hope this helps.

Good luck

yogi

get a nutrition book....so you'll have better understanding of what you eat and how to improve eating habits.......

a routine/plan that you figure out yourself will be easier for you to follow long term than one somebody forms for you....

this is an excellent book.....

http://ec1.images-amazon.com/images/P/0929661036.01._BO2,204,203

and it gives you just enough info to alter your current dietary habits on your own

I was looking @ that the other day, I may have to invest.

I would recommend Billy Blanks as well-mum has those and I used to use them.

The WW plan has nothing to do with your lifestyle. it works around it so you can carry on living your life but at the same time losing weight. Instead of been negative why not read the info on thier website and give it a try.

I go to uni. i also work full time and the rest of my time is spent with my bf and freinds and I still lose weight on WW.

I have had three people alone this week saying i have lost even more weight from since they last saw me. It is a good feeling to hear this.

Good luck.

The choice is yours.

Well we all know how 1 stone can easily turn into 2. If you can go at it alone then do so.
