I beleive Sweet Potatoes is ok...just eat it within limits though. I would recomend it with grilled fish or as soup based. As for salt fish, Cmon now, it very well says SALT fish, when is salt in that amount that good for you? If you like fish as much as i do, just substutes the salt fish for more fresh ones like Cat fish, Tilapia, Salmon and Tuna.
Oh and NO NO Yam...

you aint gonna be able to stick to no diet that stops you from eating the things you enjoy. just keep high fat and high sugar foods to a limit, try to eat healthier rather than diet and i think you'll have more success. portion control is also important, dont eat too much. try to stick to 3 balanced meals a day and healthy snacks in between if you must. dont deny yourself treats tho or you'll only be miserable and i think miserable is worse than fat.
