To help assist in preventing colon cancer, cleaning out the colon is healthy, but I know there are more natural ways to do this than to go to the doctor and have them use a machine on your exit tunnel.
I know back home we have something where you mix with ginger(I think, and can't remember the name of ingredients as I am no herbs person) and some type of squeeze bottle that you use and squeeze it up in there. You're supposed to perform this treatment for a series of days if you have some issues with your system. I've heard it also being used to assist pregnant women(can't remember for what issues though, I'll ask again at another time).
Watch what we eat, and it's also good to toilet frequently, which keeps you clean and keeps your breath from smelling bad.
Preventative maintenence, and natural remedies are the best.

senna pods usally do the trick...
but you know thats actually UNHEALTHY to go to the doctors and have it done in a few hours... its should take a few days..
infact im due for a wash out sometime soon..

Yes it a disgusting and distasteful topic heading. Whats wrong with you DP?
For my two pence I remember as a youth my mother would perhaps twice a year give us laxatives / because our system need "wash out".. not being funny but this course of action would often be after a bad smelling fart/ or the smell after doing a number 1/ (or is it 2) in the toilet.
The colon is a pipework system. Pipes needs flushing out from time to time.

| You people just need more roughage in the diet. More bread (not bleached bread). More veggies and things like that. Fruits too. Then you have soft stool that flows through you and not hard stool which clogs up your insides(and annoys you when wiping -- sorry).
