I knew what they were going to say before they said it. It is socio-economic reasons, not differences in physiology.
Having worked both pulmonology and being a sufferer myself... I have seen the difference in the way those of us in poorer areas are treated. Sometimes, the questions that need to be asked, aren't. Word to all, if you think your symptoms do not feel any better or you have no idea why you are taking the medicince... please, please, please ask questions and bug that doctor/nurse until they explain everything!!!
If you think you aren't taking the inhaler right, make them show you the proper way and/ or give you a spacer. Anyone who needs a long-acting inhaler, should be evaluated regularly.

| Maybe asthma sufferers should try Yamoa powder which was invented by an African man. That is a much more natural and safer alternative. Forget GSK....they're bad news.

Never heard of it, Prince... Do tell us more.
I have worked in some really, really rough area hospitals in the States and you'd be surprised at how some of our patients were treated and how little they know about basic ways to keep their asthma in check. I must say that wholistic and herbal medicine tends to be minimally offered as alternatives.
