definately agree with the whoile cows milk thing.....my Mum said that it was unheard of and unnatural for people to drink cows milk when she was growing up.
New is not always best eh?

| I wonder how come majority of the people during my parents days back in the 50's, 60's, and 70's weren't so big and healthy and they still drank cow's milk. I think it's the chemicals they put in it these days.

They maintain a communal structure where all children are everyone's responsibility and teenagers stop to say "Shalom" to passing grown-ups.
The lawlessness against your neighbor in many western society communities is not welcomed. Gives community unwritten rule of check and balances. Only an infinitely small group of black Americans out of millions in the US were able to pull this off. Amazing.
But with massive imports of cheap processed foods to the continent, and US-style fast food joints spreading in urban Africa, it could be an uphill task to convince people that a fresh orange from their backyard is healthier than what's inside the colourfully-labelled can on the shelf.
At least these black Hebrews even though the obstacle is wall to wall backbreaking are able to push this health councousness without someone outside (industry and government cults) telling them otherwise. Wish them continued success.
