Thanks for a few more facts on wheat. It's linked to so many illness' and afflictions, but its hard convincing anyone of this.

Some more facts:

:( Most people have an intolerance to wheat but aren't aware.

:( Wheat is present is so many products, from soups, crisps, milk shakes etc even ice cream. To cut out wheat entirely from your diet is next to impossible today. 

My favourite rice or rye crackers (the flavoured type) have wheat!!! Can't get away from it.

 :)The quickest way to lose weight is to cut out wheat and sugar (and to think some of the 'best' weight loss drinks contain wheat and sugar!)

clp) If you choose to eat wheat (bread) make it the whole wheat variety. Not only does it slow the sugar released into the blood, but it hasn't been bleached like white flour has. Check the products you buy to avoid a wheat overdose (overload).
