Hello everyone.....can anyone of you please recomend any non expensive ways that can help me clear out black heads please.......My friends thinks i am paranoid about it, but i think its my skin tone that can delude people into seeing nothing.....but I see them and i am uncomfortable with it.
I have done everything i know to clear them but i see no difference....and i am at my wit's end....
At the moment i am using Boot's botanics' soap free wash, and toner......i moisturise with Bio Oil......i think all these things makes it worse rather than better..... I also do steam every week at least once, and no one drinks as much water as me.....where am i going wrong?
Please help.....

sis
what is a blackhead?
is it that little pointy black mini spot in your nose, or a big dark spot.......
I hear people talking about it and white head s i and i dont know the XYZ
anyway i saw your pic, you have perfect skin................
anyway to help
my sister uses an all-in-on product for all skin problems from acne to spots, not to be used on super sensitive skin, i think it is by mdformulation and it is called claer complexion, from selfridges £50.

| I have no idea how to get rid of them, I only know how you can cover them up, by using a skin matte, which also makes your skin look less greasy an evens out your complexion. This might not help you cause you might not want to have to apply this every day. I'll try an look somethin up about gettin rid of blackspots

lol found sum info already
Rub lemon on your skin before taking a shower, leave on for 15 minutes and wash off. Do this daily. It should help lighten the spots. Also, apply body lotion regularly. You could also scar removal creams available in the market like Miracle Duo from Blemish Be Gone, as the lemon treatment is not a permanent cure.
Try mixing lemon with cucumber juice and applying it to your face. Apply it at night and wash off in the morning. Do this for 3-4 days. If you don't see an improvement, bleach your face. (Don't use face wash for 5 hours aftr bleaching.) Bleach will lighten scars and make them less noticeable. When you have to go for the wedding, apply concealor to the scars. Then, dot foundation all over your face and blend with a damp sponge. Make sure the foundation is exactly the colour of your skin. After this, dust compact powder on your face to set the base. Your skin should look much better at the wedding.
(BLEACH?!?!! lolololol hell naaaawww)
1. When open pores fill with sebum and are exposed to the air, the oil becomes oxidized and then turns black.
2. Be sure to eat as healthy a diet as you can. It really is important. My son noticed that when he consumed a lot of junk food, his skin grew oilier and tons of blemishes appeared. Sorry, but it's true.
3. It is just as important to be sure that you are adequately cleaning your face. We need to get the dirt and oil off the face each night. But washing too often can result in the oil being replaced. Wash twice a day, but do a thorough job.
4. Be sure to change your pillowcases every night. Oil can build up on the case and that could be ground into your skin.
5. Extractions can be easily done by a professional. It takes mere minutes and the blackheads are gone.

6. Be sure to spend extra cleaning time on the area that are most prone to blackheads. The nose is often forgotten and this area is often riddled with blackheads.
7. Be sure that the towel you are using is clean. A dirty towel will simply rub dirt/oil back into your skin.
8. Facial steamers can often loosen embedded blackheads, making removal easier.
Hope this helps ya

Late on this one, but maybe you'll get to read it.
Do not bleach - thins skin
Do not steam - strips natural oils
Do not use lemon - good but traps 'pus' trying to escape to the surface
Do not press on spot - brings on blackheads
Apply vit E oil on the spot (will encourage it to come to a head quicker and burst naturally, but will also lessen the dark spot. Use Vit E on the blackhead everyday until the darkness fades, in about 3 days.
Cut down on junk foods and animal fats (oh and sugar):-)

Well i was gonna give you more or less the same advice as TRU-AFRI-CAN, Vitamin E is what you need for that.
I have used this product called mariandina which is very good at clearing away dark areas and blackheads. It come in different forms for different things, you an get the tables for your general health/wellbeing or you an get the cream for your face & body. The only quarms i have about it is its not very moisturising, you might wanna mix it with some cocoa butter or su'um.
http://www.mariandina.org - you can read obout the products and/or order them check it out
But anyway why do i feel you dont need it anyway, i dont know you or nu'un but why do i feel you just beong a bit too vain ? am i right?- everyone has a bad face day sometimes ya na.
Tee tree oil is supposed to be good for spots also, my mum uses ones from body shop.
Drink as much water as you can and eat whaever greens you like to eat as part of your dinner.

Liz Earle cleanse and polish, your blackheads will be gone in a week.
Check out her website or you can get from E-Bay,it has been voted consistently the number one face cleanser for like the last five years.
I use this product plus pure witch hazel as my skin toner,Shea Butter for body and I use a combination of Liz,s moisturizers and Rens moisturizers for my face and neck.Hope that helps.

was just gona say though ... if you are going to use the lemon ... its might be a good idea to dilute it or something, especially if its for use on the face, cos don't forget its acidic. the last thing you want is for it to burn or blemish your skin. apart from dat it sounds good.
dnt watch da BLEACHIN doh!!

Dont buy vitamins tablets for your daily wellbeing, alot of them dont work (placebo) and they can increase your appitite - which im sure you can imagine what effects THAT will have.
If your eating a good amount of greens and fruits thats all the vitamins you need, unless your buying specific tablets for specific things
