I dont know if a woman can be allergic to a womans sperm itself, but certainly women can get reactions to the acidity in a mans sperm and this can cause infections like BV (Bacterial Vaginosis) when the balance of the acid in the woman is threatened by the sperm. It causes more discharge than usual, foul smelling discharge etc, but then this can also be caused by deoderants and douching.
Although i just remembered another thing.....sum couples who are infertile have been told that it could be due to the womans womb rejecting the sperm as it sees it as a threat and reacts by putting barriers up
