Karibu Fitness runs Soca Aerobics classes in the London area.

Classes are exciting, fun and open to everyone. Weightloss is inevitable.

You will see your body looking leaner and toned within a few weeks of attending the classes. You don't have to be an expert soca dancehall king\queen to attend. The emphasis of the classes is to build stamina, tone problem areas, laugh at yourself!! and at all costs...loose the pounds!!

As black people we are prone to dieases of diabetes and high blood pressure. Obesity is on the increase within our community. However with a balanced nutritional diet and regular exercise the risks of these medical problems can be greatly reduced. Its up to you to take care of yourself.

Classes are held at the Jubile Sports Centre, Caird Street W10 4RR.

Fridays 6pm. Free introductory class being held on June 17th. £5 therafter

HEALTH IS WEALTH PEOPLE!!!
