Does any one know any alternatives old fashion way of dealing with hayfever without stuffing me self with tablets this summer......
Mine gets so bad, like today i was sneazing so badly at work that i became ill..... Its really begining to get me down.....i am dreading to even open my windows........Please help....

Luckily my hayfever hasn't kicked in yet, but what I do is line the inside of my nostrils with vaseline and just breathe throuhg my mouth like that annoying Hey Arnold character!!
I can understand if you're reluctant to try this because it does look a little weird, but when you're desperate, you'll try anything to trap those evil pollen!

Euphrasia - eyewash
Allium cephila- tablets (might be spelt a bit wrong)

Thank you both dears .....Aurora, i have already tried the vaseline thingy......it worked for a while, but my eyes were still badly affected.......
Girl21.....do you know where i can get this Allium(sp) tablets from??
