wuss going on evryone! last year i done some stupidness i done a credit card scam just to earn a few papers now im paranoid the bank aint said nafing to me yet but im thinking the police are keeping tabs on me so they can nab me in the future i just wanted advise and that we cash the money out but the bank aint said nafing to me and i was wondering what yall think i should do

Bigbootyfiller: What can one say, you've committed a very tracible crime, that I suspect will catch up with you whether the police is onto now or not.. i'm not sure how you could be advised adequately, I can hardly say to you turn yourself in, nor can i suggest you move on because it seems to me that this will return to haunt you when you least expect it..difficult difficult question..
I'd be interesting for the thoughts of the wider forum..

I had a friend in your same situation he was later on caught ,thats later on though , you commited a tracible crime as kunjufu already said period. theres nothing else to say that hasnt been said.

i took the money out already doe evrybody is saying if they none anyting they whould of court you already
ill just say to the po po that i just went to check my account one day and i saw the money in there so i took it out what they gonner say?
if anyting ill properly get arrested and blacklisted

Ok Bigbootyfiller: I'm gonna try and be real calm as I explain the following to you... Just because the banks are quiets means nothing, all it means is that they don't know YET, it means they aint caught you YET... It does not mean you will not be caught or that you will never be caught. The fact is you committed a crime, but unlike other types of crime you left a massive finacial footprint just waiting to be discovered by some sharpeyed person..you missus is jailed women not caught yet..
To get blacklisted you would have to have defaulted on a loan, credit agreements.. That is a civil matter, howeverThis is NOT a civil matter that would lead to your credit worthyness being temporarily tainted.
This is a criminal matter, youcommitted fraud you took monies that clearly did not belong to you, and you cannot possibly argue that you mistakenly took for you own money. When the records will show that you made no attempt to inform the bank of that error either verbally or in writing sorry but you are fooling yourself if you think you've got away with this..
I will also tell you that once you have been found guilty for fraud, you can kiss goodbye to low house or motor insurance (if you can get it that is), you can kiss goodbye to getting a decent mortgage(if you can get it), and you can certainly kiss goodbye to any chance or ever being credit worthy again.. I lie don't believe me go and ask any financial institution on their view of fraudsters..
Peer pressure is mudderf**ker eh...well so is stupidity and shortsightness as you're about to find out..

i'm not going to go into how stupid u are because you probably know that already and probably sh*tting in your pants now so all i'm going to tell you is the ins and outs of what will happen if you get offically caught.
1.dont try to close down the account because you still have to explain where the money came from and also pay off any charges that you have recieved. so bsically there is no point.
2. if you get caught i'm gonna tell you all the disadvantages that you may have:-
(i) you will not be able to get a mortgate ever (so basically you will be living in a council house unless....)
(ii) you'll end up getting a bad credit score so whenever you would like to purchase anything on credit you will not be able to.
(iii) you will get a criminal record so whenever you do apply to work you will have to state your criminal convictions..
there is many more disadvantages but i'm not going to go into it...
i'll just leave you to contemplate on how foolish you are...
i wish you all the best and all the future scammer out there
