Hey folks...
Anyone got any tips on how to relieve exam stress? This has never happened to me before, but I feel such pressure, and it is not allowing me to think straight.
Anyone got any suggestions?

Sit down:
Take a deep breath in:
And slowly breathe out:
Pick up a pen and hold it in your writing hand:
Press the top and flick it on:
And flick it off.. and flick it on and flick it off:
Slowly.. as you breathe in.. flick the pen on.. and as you breathe out, flick the pen off:
Each time you flick the pen on, you breathe in and with each breath you take.. feel the power of strength and confidence that rests in you hand:
Just breathe in and slowly breathe out.. That confidence is yours.. all that strength is under your control.. Flick that pen on.. feel the power.. flick that pen off.. feel the control.. take the pen.. and its power and pass your exam with a smile..

| It was a Maths exam. I'm going into Teaching and when I was at school (all those years ago!) I was not a serious student so I went back and re-took to improve my grade. It's quite funny how things turn out, as I am so into studying now. But yes, to cut a long story short it was a Math's exam so that I can do my Teaching. But now I goto get back to writing my essays and dissertation...no rest for the wicked...lol
