seem to having problem with this website today. do not know what is affecting it.
my topic: statutory or voluntary sector
who is the best to work for, who pays the best, who gives the best pension and u give u more freedom to do your job.

The answer may depend in large part on what "your job" is, e.g. professional footballer, police officer, High Court Judge, farmer.

Generally, the statutory sector provides more security. The voluntary sector maybe rewarding in terms of the work your doing and if your luck in wages. but you maybe only have a contract for a year 6 months. Basicaly for as long as the organisation you are working for is able to gain funding to sustain your post.
If that same situation happens in the statutory sector it is easier to find other work. In the voluntary sector its anyones guess.
