Are they're any computer heads here, because I need to know how to make an online website  interactive. I'm desperate, the website whose url http://www.national bankrefund.com is already up on google and it has been alot of trouble getting it their , but I feel that it is lacking the ability for customers to register and interact on line, I am searching everywhere online for the how to of making my website interactive. Does any of my beautiful black  brothers and sisters know how.....

Hi,

As a quick fix could you respond to your audience's needs by providing an email link that you commit to responding to quickly. To make it more interactive you'd probably need some sort of database facility which would involve acquiring the skills of a programmer, and would also cost you money.

You'd also need a really clear brief about what you want it do and how it should function - saving you a lot of money and time squabbling with an enthusiastic programmer. You may know this already, but, if not, then that's where you start. Email Blacknet direct - they could probably offer you their services...

I haven't visited your site, but I believe you need to pay for the service.

I don't think what you want is an ordinary Html  stuff that would display information only. You want it to be dynamic, you need codes to get it to work, and like Useeme said, you would need some programming knowledge.

You need things that send request and get reponse from the server, database etc. In short, it is not just a website you want, you need a web application.

Goodluck, I agree that it might be worth asking people to do it for you, else it would talk you a year if you were to learn all these things assuming you have little or no knowledge of it before, it could take you 3 months if spend at least 6 hrs a day on it.
