sup people my nose is mashed up its swollan from when i got elbowed from football now the doctor recomends i get rhinoplasty tratment as the nhs chould take some time but money is a issue so i wondering what you think i should do i might have to go overbroad and have it there but i dont no and i cant walk round with a nose like this i meen it aint that bad but it just looks big compered to before

My advice is if you do go abroad for your surgery make sure he/she is Board certified and has extensive knowledge and practical experience in ethinic specific rhinoplasty,coz obviously you dont want to end up looking like LaToya Jackson or having some White surgeons personal aesthetic imposed on you.

By the way there a ton of black plastic surgeons in the States,particularly in Miami and Cali.

Ask to see before and afters of other ethnic patients and just make sure you are really clear about what you do and do not want.
