I did read your post Black_power, but i wanted to wait and see what the more learned members of the forum had to say.
I have to admit, i am very surprised that you haven't received any responses to your quirie as of yet. Others have.
Why don't you try your local citizens advice bureau they should be able to help.
If you don't get anywhere with them, then why don't you get hold of the fax number of the managing director, at head office and make a serious COMPLAINT to him!
