Pls can i Have advice. I met this guy at a club couple of months back. He told me he had just turned 31 years old. Instinctively and for no obvious reason, I said that I was 33 going on 34 later this year. However, the truth is that I am actually 34 going on 35 later this year.
I did not expect tings to progress so well and now i feel bad. I know i only reduced my age by 1 year but God knows, I feel real bad as dis guy REALLY likes me big time.
He is not bothered by the age gap BUT i know that he hates liars. (I do too..I do not normally lie but as i said, when i met him, i was messing around wid my girls, a bit tipsy etc..). Since we started the relationship I did not change what I said originally about my age...He does not have any suspicion I lied but i am feeling guilty.
How can i fix this? Must I just lef it or do I come clean?
Please help me

oooh no big deal
i always lie and say I am 21 years old............its only when they clock my driving licence and see 3 years younger.............then just act like a victim with * i thought you would not want me, let me in the club, etc etc.
no big deal
I am sure if you said something like you are married, have 10 kids or used to be a man then you will get a reaction.

yes indeed, i have noticed thta 'FACETY GYAL' or what ever u call yourself, you do u like 2 come on here and critise people 4 what they say, or what problem they are in, and you need 2 stop, they did not come on here 2 b spoken in that way, or hear how silly or pathetic you think their problem is, so i suggest before you reply 2 anything, think in your head, IS IT GOING 2 BE USEFUL to the person in return, if not u should click on the lickle X located in the top right hand corner of your computer screen.

You are more than likely just feeling apprehensive about the situation as you are unsure of his reaction. You will be in a better position if you deal with this problem sooner rather than later - it will only get worse the longer you leave it. Although you said he dislikes liar's I'm sure it will work out! Let us know how he takes it!

I agree with the point that you should tell him the truth asap.
What you have told us sounds plausible so he shouldn't be too upset especially as it's only a year.
What do you think he would say? You've only known him a short time so I should think you're still within the time range to come clean about your mistake.
I should think that we all don't like being lied to, but just imagine if someone was telling you your story and you never lied about this - what do you think your reaction would be?

@Athaba: Thanks for response. U have got me thinking. I think that if somebody lied to me in that way, i will certainly be irritated to say the least. It will make me wonder if they have lied about n e thing else.....gosh, I am in a dilema!!

Your not a very observant person, there are people on blacknet that say harsher things than I do. True say my name is facetygal it sticks out in people's mind more than others, but don't tell me what I should and shouldn't do. Does it not say at the top of this screen "speak your mind!!!" which was put there by the creators of blacknet, true or false? Now if you were really paying attention to my posts you would see that I do give advice I just don't sugar coat it like the rest of the people on here. At the end of the day none of the members on here are babies so why should I treat them as such? And if the people that started the threads thought I was that harsh they wouldn't pm me after telling me thanks.
