To that certain poster who started a thread questioning the role of Happiness, this is just to let you know that I delete your post...I will go on to expain why and add a few more points for general consumption.
Moderators: just to clarify, AGAIN.. I am not the senior or manager of the moderating team, we work as collective. therefore I cannot TELL the other moderators anything.. I cannot and would not discipline them anyway!! These are grown women for godsake!!..
Secondly, as well as being part of a collective team, the other moderators are friends of mine, so I really do not appreciate posters thinking that it is ok to call them b**ches or any other forms of derogatory names.. that is unacceptable, it is extremely stupid and more importantly it will get you excluded from here in a heartbeat...
I want to be very clear on this point, The Moderators;Miss Brighter Days, Happiness, Ashanti * Drunk Monkey work very hard, above and beyond the call of duty.. therefore the policy is simple if you've got a beef with any one of them..sort it as mature human beings...disrespeck is not on!!!!
Finally and most importantly, this is an ALL African site...period!!!! We have a high percentage of women contributers...therefore i wish to make it very clear to the brainless, the stupid and terminally idiotic..Disrespect of Black women here is not acceptable EVER.. So.if you do it, your future posts regardless of content will be deleted on sight period!!!
So I really don't care if you're Black, or not we do not accept that type of behaviour, if you feel the need to indulge in such stupidness please please please go somewhere else ok!!!! Thanks.
