How do you know if any of the moderators are Muslim or not? But that aside, what do you mean by 'more than a website'? Also how can any site represent everybody?....whatever that means. Respect

I meant everybody in the African/black community. I think when you have someone like Ladyday as a moderator, a Muslim moderator is needed for balance.
It's just a suggestion.

Taysense: bottom line we have had this question raised before...and the answer then as it is now..is simple. Moderators are not chosen on THAT basis...
The choice of Moderators rests soley with the team and is decided on the QUALITY of the person and the NEED of the Village. , NOT their faith or political position... Moderators are chosen to MANAGE the Village NOT to provide BALANCE!!!
If 'balance' is needed then i would expect that to come from ALL contributors to BNV on either side of the argument... Being a moderator does not or should not stop a 'balanced' reply from being communicated here on BNV.
