Why dont moderators merge threads in here that have been posted here? I mean whats so difficult to merg a thread about immigration for example that was first started to the latest? surely you guys have all the means to do this right?

we have threads about FAIR TRADE or war in the CONGO and so on but its difficult to track them down since for just ordinary members like me i cant keep track on them

would moderators merge threads posted more than once on the same subject on chronological order (in terms of date)

I mean its very importanta that we do not lose threads and i am worried that many get lost since i cant even access them through the search engine

I understand it might be a technical thing and we might not get them but plse try to reserve the little data thats available for furture references

I think when you merge an old with new sometimes the message gets lost as the 'face' is 'stale'.

New threads often give a fresh, different perspective. Sometimes presented and hosted more effectively by one Author than another.

The exception is obviously when the threads are both active ie recent duplicate threads.
