secondly wouldnt it better to introduce yourself and your company in debth before coming to do your survey?

If I have caused any offence, I do apologise. That was not my intention.
New Sister is a black-owned company that I am in the process of setting up to provide Black females with a high-level of service for hair & beauty products and services. I am currently in the research stage and need the help of the black community to provide feedback - so that it provides the very best levels of service (hence the survey).

then you should have introduced yourself in the way that you just did. Having said that,seems that you have set up the company and you are doing a market research so I was a little bit confused on that...anyways I hope many black sisters in this place will give you feedback
do you have a website or something like that that we can look into and get more info about the company..

Definitely not undercover Mary Kay - just want to make sure that the service is relevant and something that all sisters will find of value.
