I use a couple of premium sites for initial research, or ideas for the next hot share. http://www.t1p.com cost £75 a year. That said, I will not be renewing my subscription as it seems to be getting a bad name with its connections with shorting activities by certain people it is connected with within the site and externally. Some of the shares have performed well. My best share is up almost 90%
My fav site at the mo, which was a free site until recently. http://www.lemminginvestor.com They charge £62 a year. They are independent which is refreshing. They have picked some real winners. I bought 3 of their tips last year, sold one of them after using a stop loss. Which I advice you to use unless you want to lock your shares away. Back to lemming investor. I bought ASOS at 16p, they tipped it at 6p, I sold at 75p after it fell back from 98p. I still hold Stanelco after they tipped it at 5p, the shares are now 21p. I also hold Neteller after they tipped it at 190p, I bought at 220p, they are now 565p. I should have sold them at 750p but felt they were still undervalued. Lemming have a target of £10 to £12 within 12 months.
