as some may know i am a keen worker.
i have allowed my skills to go slack but am working on that
anyway, would like to know
tips on doing freelance work
from keeping mr tek mi good money tax man happy to getting work
my areas of interests is publishing, desk top publishing, creative and feature writing , periodical press
yes i know competive but competition is all around us

Build a website.
Fasthosts costs only £5 per month, plus about £2 for your domain name for 2 years.
Then, advertise on Google Adwords, for about 50p-£1 per click (you pay when people click on your website), but also advertise for free on sites such as Gumtree, The Sun Local (like Loot).
Print business cards.
Vistaprint print cards for free - you pay for the postage - £6 for £250, and for your type of business I'd leave them in places such as Cartridge World.
Finally, advertise for free in Yell and Thomson Local.
