| can anyone tell me where I can get a business loan like the princes trust loan which is more of an initiative loan, not high interest loans.

Things like age, the nature of your business, the short and long term aims, who are the people in it, how many people in it, all affects how and who get business loans.
Usually the advice is to have a comprehensive business plan before you approach anyone for a loan.

Hey there,
Finding low interest loans wil be difficult. Micro- finance loans are on offer but stil offer high interest rates. Try Community Development Finance Institutions. These are targeted at those from depeived areas and can offer support through peer lending. Also try local enterprise Agencies. I know Hackney Business Ventures (HBV) offer smaller loans.
Also useful is GLEOnelondon, Access to finance and the business link website. Try the LDA website. Alot of initiatives will be starting up in the comming years supporting business from ethnic groups in the run up to the olympics.
The government also offer the Small Firms Loan Guarentee.
