For future reference, anyone wishing to place 'adverts' like this please take it up with the Administrators or Moderators first to seek leave to go ahead. ****READ THE VILLAGE GUILDELINES****
Whilst things like community announcements are allowed we must be very careful about allowing advertisements, especially in relation to financial services. The financial services area is very heavily regulated in the UK and we must be careful what we allow people to put up on the boards...that's one thing.
The other thing is that advertisements like this give the impression that Blacknet sanctions it, and that it is ok for people to proceed. Well, for all we know this could be one big scam operation given 'credibility' because it appears on this popular website.
My knowledge and understanding of things like opening offshore accounts is that it is not a simple straightforward business like going down to the corner shop to buy stamps and I would advise anyone interested in offshore accounts to DO YOUR RESEARCH and certainly TALK TO THE PROFESSIONALS.....as opposed to following some obscure link posted on a message board.
